The Ghana Leasing Company (GLC)

The Ghana Leasing Company (GLC) was established as the first leasing company in Ghana in 1991. Its objective was to facilitate the provisioning of equipment and other capital goods to businesses during a period of sustained economic growth.

Since its inception, GLC has enabled the business goals of its clients under the operating slogan: “First in Leasing, Best in Financing.”

USD$360,000 USTDA Grant Awarded

The Ghana Association of Leasing Companies (GALCO) was awarded a grant of USD$360,000 from Donald Teitelbaum, the U.S Ambassador to Ghana, on behalf of the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) at the U.S. Embassy in Accra on September 18, 2008.
